Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or credit-card numbers, wire instructions, account credentials, or other highly sensitive financial information through the Website contact form.

When you use the Website, REMI Realty and the service providers that operate, secure, and maintain it may automatically process limited technical information. This may include your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time of access, interactions with the Website, and error, diagnostic, security, and performance information.

The Website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when reasonably necessary for website operation, security, fraud prevention, preferences, or basic usage measurement. The Website does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies.

Providing a telephone number or email address allows us to respond about your inquiry. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing communications, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Contact-Form Storage and Security

Contact-form submissions are transmitted to and stored in a private Supabase database provided through Lovable Cloud. The stored fields include your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry category, message, consent confirmation, submission status, and submission/update timestamps. Public visitors may submit an inquiry but cannot use the Website to read stored inquiries. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with an operational need.

The Website also uses a hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam and abuse. When Turnstile is active, Cloudflare may process network, browser, device, and security information to determine whether a submission appears legitimate. REMI Realty does not ask Turnstile to make real estate eligibility or service decisions.

5. Service Providers and Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• To Lovable and related infrastructure providers for website hosting, operation, technical analytics, diagnostics, and maintenance
• To Supabase, provided through Lovable Cloud, for secure database hosting and processing of contact inquiries
• To Cloudflare for Turnstile bot detection and website security
• To Google when the Website requests Google Fonts
• To a REMI Realty agent who is appropriate to respond to your inquiry
• To an independent professional only when you request an introduction, authorize the disclosure, or the disclosure is reasonably necessary to fulfill your request
• To professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Website
• In connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of the brokerage, subject to appropriate protections

REMI Realty does not sell or rent personal information. The Website does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral advertising.

The Website includes profiles of independent Trusted Professionals and links to agent websites, business websites, Google Maps, review platforms, social networks, and other external services. REMI Realty and the featured professionals are independent unless expressly stated otherwise. Following an external link may allow the third party to collect information under its own privacy policy. REMI Realty is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or operation of third-party websites or services.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable legal or professional obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived as appropriate.
